1000 separate neon transformers tataling 5 km create a glittering image of Central Plaza on the facade. The spire features a clock that tells the time depending on the lighting. Four neon bands, each representing 15 minutes, change colour every quarter hour.

Central Plaza is home to a working population of about 6000 people.
