Tai Koo Shing Located along the eastern coasts of Hong Kong Island, Tai Koo Shing is a large private housing estate from the 1980s. Its waterfront promenade offers views of East Kowloon.
Parts of the waterfront promenade are currently under renovation. To the east there are also some new residential developments, with several tall skyscrapers creating a brand new skyline.
