I was surprised the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II wasn't Milan's premiere brand name shopping destination. The setting is nice, but the real shopping is a few streets down.

Santa Maria delle Grazie is home to the Last Supper, which is extremely difficult to book for viewing on the internet. Luckily, we came across a Japanese tour group which pre-booked more tickets than they needed, and we were able to squeeze in at the last minute.

I had previously ridden a Milan tram before ... in San Francisco. These are historic gems, and seem decently-maintained.
