Commissioners' Park Tulip Festival
After World War II, the Netherlands gave Canada tulip bulbs as a gift of thanks for Canada's role in liberating their country. Since then, the tulip festival is held across Ottawa when when they bloom. Commissioners' Park is just one of many venues with many tulip beds.
