Winter Concord Cityplace is the largest residential development in the history of Toronto. The $1.5 billion project is located beside CN Tower in downtown Toronto. Over the next decade, the 45-acre waterfront will be transformed into a neighborhood of 20 towers with 7500 condominium residences.





About 50% of the development land is reserved for a parkland system. Cityplace's buildings are designed and positioned to maximize views.
