Angkor Wat Photo Gallery - East Mebon (Eastern Circuit)

Cambodia Flag

East Mebon is a 10th century Hindu temple and believed to be uncompleted due to the ramps still on site.

It originally sat in an artificial lake built to safeguard the city's water supply. Now dry land, it's hard to picture the waters once reached 5m high to the 3-tiered temple.
