Barcelona Photo Gallery - Mirador de Colón

Located at the bottom of La Ramblas, Mirador de Colón was built for the 1888 Universal Exhibition. The 52m high column, ironically, points to Africa, rather than North America. An elevator takes visitors to the small observation area below Columbus.
