Haeundae Beach stretches 1.5 km along the coast with fine, white sand. The beach hosts an annual sand sculpture festival as well as the Busan International Film Festival.

Dongbaekseom Island is a serene forested oasis next to the beach. Hike along the trails the hug along the coast, where you will see opportunistic fishermen trying to catch some ocean bounty.
