A Match Made in Painting: Selected Works of Xie Zhiliu and Chen Peiqiu from the Jingguanlou Collection

This 2023 exhibition showcases a husband and wife painter couple who used brush and ink to create their traditional Chinese art works in a modern setting. This collection was gifted from local collector Dr. Leo Wong, who was a friend of the artist couple. In between exhibits is an installation by local artists Keith Lam and Seth Hon, who were inspired by the painter couple's travels through natural landscapes. This is a view of the 4 seasons superimposed on a paddy field.
