Hung Shui Kiu is a new planned community in the northwest New Territories that will be home to 226,000 residents. It is slated to get a new train station on the Tuen Ma Line and will form part of the Northern Metropolis. Development will take place over 2 phases with most of the land being developed in the second phase, slated for completion by 2030.
