Kwun Tong is one of the oldest districts in Kowloon. Covering 1130 hectares, it is home to over 630,000 people. While the town centre is a congested, busy, and noisy urban jungle, the side streets nearby were serene residential neighbourhoods, some with harbour views even.
This skyscraper symbolized the district's renaissance as a cheap back office district. Industrial buildings used to occupy most of the land on the other side of the rail line, but have seen some redevelopments in recent years.
