Hong Kong Photo Gallery - MTR 45th Anniversary Train

As part of the MTR's 45th anniversary celebrations, the company launched a special train draped in its old livery in August 2024. The classic train mimicks the first generation rolling stock on the network with a red and white exterior, ball-shaped straphangers, and orange-yellow interior ceilings. The MTR opened in 1979 with 1 line serving 9 stations.
