Meow-cation - With Cats, We Connect This large cat on the ground floor showcases the faded garment industry, which features items sourced from the area's fabric traders. Fading Out/In: Designed to Remember This exhibition focuses on the collective memories of our cultural heritage. The memory zone showcases familiar symbols from neon signs to mahjong, while the transformation zone turns cultural heritage into contemporary objects. They look familiar, but yet different. Of particular interest are several dioramas of historic scenes from the past, such as a busy theatre entrance with lots of street food, traditional hairdressers, and the like. Next up are heritage icons with reimagined forms. These shirts feature local Cantonese slogans that we still use or can find in local movies.
