Hong Kong Photo Gallery - Victoria Dockside, Tsim Sha Tsui

Located on the former site of the Holt's Wharf, it was redeveloped into the New World Centre in the 1970s. That was torn down and replaced by today's Victoria Dockside. The first phase, K11 Atelier, consisted of offices and opened in November 2017. Subsequently, the Rosewood Hotel and Rosewood Residences, as well as the artwork-filled K11 Musea shopping mall.

K11 Musea is the retail portion of the Victoria Dockside redevelopment, with the theme of incorporating art into a shopping mall. The developer hired 100 designers, architects, and artists to decorate the space into a millennial hotspot.
Each floor has a particular theme, with this one showcasing street culture. Notice the iconography on the floors.
The wave patterns on the exterior panels mimick the harbour's waves.
