Hong Kong Photo Gallery - Kwun Tong's Yue Man Fong (2022)

The Kwun Tong Town Centre redevelopment was first announced back in 1998. The site covers 5.35 hectares and the government aims to redevelop a series of old and dilapidated buildings into a new civic centre, commercial highrise, and residential quarters, affecting about 5000 residents. By 2022, the last remaining buildings along the MTR line have been demolished. Commercial and community facilities will rise on these lands, as opposed to the residential towers that have opened so far. January
