Kenting Photo Gallery - Houbihu

Accessing the western part of Kenting can be a bit challenging with infrequent buses even though it is not far from town. Route 102 connects the area from Hengchun and Kenting main town at roughly hourly frequencies.

Houbihu is worth a visit because it is the largest fishing harbour in the area where you buy and dine on the freshest catch of the day.

The market area is not large with a row of fresh seafood shops and restaurants behind them and also upstairs.

It's much easier to come eat seafood as a large group. They have sets for up to 10 people, with the cheapest starting at NTD 3000 which include sashimi, shrimp, steamed fish, miso soup, and more.

After finishing up at the market, I walked along the pier to the other side of the fishing harbour for the 102 bus stop. There is 1 more attraction to visit on this line before returning back to town.
