Modern Kunming Photo Gallery - Public Transport

Kunming's metro system currently consists of 3 lines, with 2 lines running as a single one as construction continues.

Instead, residents rely on buses to get around.

The interiors are simply decorated although you can pay with a smart card and stops are announced.

Costing $3.6 billion, Changshui International Airport opened in 2012 with a capacity to serve 38 million passengers. However, the airport train still doesn't connect all the way into the city, so I had to take the bus from the city centre instead.
