London Photo Gallery - North Quay

One North Quay is Europe's tallest purpose-built life sciences building that is now under construction just across from the Elizabeth Line's Canary Wharf station. The 23-storey project broke ground in September 2024 and is expected to finish in 2027. With 823,000 square feet of space, it will host labs as well as a rooftop terrace with a restaurant.

The 3.28 hectare site was previously used as a laydown site to build the Elizabeth Line station. Planning permission was obtained in 2022 for redevelopment.
