Naejangsan Fall Foliage Photo Gallery

Naejangsan is a popular fall foliage viewing spot in Korea. Getting there is no too difficult. The mountain is about 30 minutes from the nearest town, Jeongeup, which is served by long-distance buses from Seoul. The packed 171 bus picks up visitors just outside the main bus terminal.

Being peak season, plenty of staff were already on hand to direct traffic into parking lots and pedestrians to the paths to walk into the park.

Beyond this temple, a path continues into the forest. The amount and beauty of the fall colours quickly diminish, so if you are tired at this point, you can turn back.

Then a steep staircase emerges that will weed out those not determined to continue.
