CIBC Square is a 2-tower office development around Union Station in the heart of downtown Toronto.

The 49-storey South Tower has opened and the 50-storey North Tower is now under construction. The second phase is being financed by a syndicate green loan worth $780 million led by the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in 2021, the largest ever green real estate construction loan in the country.

The North Tower will house 1.5 million square feet of office space and connect with the South Tower through a 1-acre elevated park above the railway tracks.
