Flying Above Toronto - Markham Suburban Development

A new suburban area is being developed east of Cathedraltown in Markham's northern fringes. Located along Warden Avenue between Major Mackenzie and Elgin Mills, the densities have increased with townhouses and smaller detached homes. A number of developers are working on this huge plot of land.
