Introduction
I expected the park to offer some decent views of Gulangyu, given the steep admission of 60 yuan. After exploring a bit and climbing a few rocks, I came across this vista.

Eastern Areas
Xiamen's east coast is not too dense and the landscape quickly tapers off to ocean and islands. The city itself is very serene and laid-back. With these kinds of views, no wonder people want to relax.

City Centre
Views of the city were even more stunning, amidst a fairly clear blue sky and the imminent sunset.

West and South
Xiamen is an island, and is surrounded by more islands, the coast, and the South China Sea. Serenity is actually not too far away.
