A land of superlatives, Dubai is often perceived as a playground for the ultra-rich. While there certainly are a lot of amazing places to enjoy spending money, Dubai has a lot more to offer beneath the surface, and on a tighter budget.Winter is the best time to go to Dubai. Mornings and evenings are cool enough to wear a light jacket, while afternoons are reasonably warm to continue strolling on the street. The sun never seems to be covered up, and the blue skies were a welcome sight for photo-taking. Summer temperatures can easily exceed 40C.
