July 26 - Airport Protest

Organizers said over 2500 people, including airport and airline workers, took part in protests at the airport on July 26, with leaflets being distributed to arriving passengers on what has been happening in the city due to the bill.

A much larger group of protesters was back on 10 August in response to police firing tear gas inside a metro station and a girl losing an eye during the previous weekend's protests and police crackdown. Information in many languages were on display and some protesters were actively engaging with media to share their stories.
