The Marsamxett Harbour coastline is mostly residential, with views of Silema on the other side.

Fort Elmo is seen in the distance at the end of Valletta's peninsula.

Ferries depart from this area to Silema, but with a bus pass, I would go for the cheaper and longer journey instead.

Although the city walls no longer serve defensive purposes, it is a good place to watch the sunset and relax as a busy sightseeing day draws to a close.
