Seoul Photo Gallery - Seohae Line Sosa-Daegok New Section

The Seohae Line's new section between Sosa and Daegok started service on July 1, 2023. At 18.4km long, it has shortened the travel time from Goyang to Bucheon to 19 minutes from 67, making a rare crossing on the Han River in the western part of the city. Getting to Gimpo Airport from the northwestern side of the city has gotten a lot easier as well.

I start my grand tour at Neunggok, heading south towards Sosa. I noticed frequencies at night are quite sparse, and there were very few people waiting for the train.

At Sosa, I transferred to Line 1 heading back to the city centre. I had to pass a set of fare gates but they didn't charge me extra.
